Review: Truly black & smudeproof after 60 seconds. - This is really great. I was sceptical at first because it did smudge on me. I have small & hooded eyes. But once it set, it does not budge. Over the day it smudges like a powder (slightly) if you touch it but it's truly water proof & if you use skin shade powder to set your eyes before hand it will stay all day long, even on the water line. And the color puts all the eyeliners I have to shame. It's very very black, from the very first swipe.
