I bought this for a friend’s birthday as she was tired of her one hole dripper getting clogged and not draining the coffee into her coffee cup.  This is so easy for her to use and once she puts the filter & coffee and next the boiling water into this coffee dripper, she waits 4 minutes and picks it up and places it on top of her coffee cup. Surprise, the coffee quickly releases into her cup!  She loves it and the flavor and ease of use so it was a great gift!

I got a clear version a few years ago and used it daily ever since.  Like another reviewer said, although it makes great coffee, the big downside is that the acid from the coffee seems to etch the plastic, which looks terrible after a couple of months of use. And yes, it's impossible to clean this off (I tried everything).  So I got this newer version (Custom Black), which is totally opaque.  After a few months of daily use,  I'm not seeing any discoloration or etching of the plastic. But even if it's occurring, at least it's totally invisible from the outside.  I’m just guessing, but I also think it’s a different type of plastic that seems to be much more resistant to discoloration/etching.

I love this dripper! Whenever I need a cup of coffee, I can depend on this dripper to consistently give me a good tasting cup of coffee.It’s extremely easy to use, even for a coffee newbie like me. After it’s done brewing, you can put it over a regular mug or even directly on top of a travel mug when you want to take your coffee to go.It’s also easy to clean. You can take the bottom apart and clean the parts individually, and they’re easy to put back on. Very consumer friendly!I had a part missing when they shipped my dripper, but this company responded promptly and sent out my missing part without a hitch. I just want to thank them so much for the wonderful service and product. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!
