Good sharpness and metal construct for the price
The quality of the optics, it's quite good, the mount is a little bit tight on my a6000, but seems to be OK on the a5100.Remember this is a manual focus lens (no electronic connections at all) so nailing the focus it might take some practice, for that, there are plenty of tutorials on youtube that can guide you on how to use the focus picking feature of the camera.I got impressed by the sharpness at f4.0 throughout f5.6, not the same on the edges though, especially at f1.8 even when the center is super sharp it has a lot of softness and fringing on the sides. The smoothness of the focus ring is fantastic, and I found helpful the clicky aperture ring even when is a little bit tricky to reach the f.16 last spot (you need to put some pressure to enter the last click).A quick note: after I notice the mounting issue on my a6000, the guys from Deroui offered me to replace the lens for another one, but since the mounting on the a5100 is OK, we decided to keep it.Overall it's a good performance for the price.

Nice lens with great Bokeh
Has some roughness while turning the focus ring. Grabs a little towards infinity focus. Great Bokeh and sharpness at f2.2 and beyond.
