Initially I couldn't get it to charge over 90%, but after I ran it down and re-charged the battery, it did go to 100%. Nice price! At this time, I can't rate the battery life or durability as I just installed it, but I found installation simple!

This battery was brand new and was a perfect replacement. The battery health is actually showing at 101%. At some point I realized my track pad was almost unusable, and after investigating enough I realized the battery I had, had swollen up to where it was pressing against the track pad. Replacing the battery completely fixed this issue and now the track pad works perfectly as well. Highly recommend this seller.

Great replacement battery! Highly recommended! Purchased this battery to replace my original battery.I'm getting at least 7-8 hours of use on a full charge! The price was reasonable, it was delivered quickly, it was easy to install and it works perfectly!Also the warranty it comes with is pretty cool, so definitely a worry-free buy. My 2010 MacBook developed a bulge, which I learned was from the original battery failing. Rather than spending a fortune on an official replacement from Apple--the price of which would likely exceed the current value of the entire laptop given its age--I went with this non-official battery. Installation was pretty easy, and it worked right away and fixed the bulge. Would recommend. Thanks.

Updated: Sellers were easy to get in touch with and were very apologetic for the incident. They sent a new battery right away and was able to receive it after a couple of days. So far the new battery is holding steady charge and exceeding the performance of the first one. This purchase is worry-free, given that if there is a problem with the purchase, there would be no problems getting in touch with the sellers to get a replacement. Definitely recommended. Great price, great buy, great customer service. Go for this instead of the $150 dollar battery at Apple, especially for older macbook pros.Original Review: Battery holds a charge for sure, but it does go from estimating there are 6 hours left in your battery life to 3 in about 40 minutes. Continuous use will allow you about 3 hours of use. Not too happy with it, but definitely still better than the hour charge the original battery now holds after 9 years of service (I have a 2009 macbook pro). I got in touch with the seller to let them know of the situation, and they told me that they'll send a replacement, which I thought was pretty awesome. However, when I followed up after two weeks of waiting, they apparently forgot to send the new battery over, and they promised to really send it this week. If they don't forget again and I receive it, I'll update this review if the replacement battery for the replacement battery is better. For now, I'd say it's an ok buy for its price, just don't expect it to be hold as much charge or be as good as the original.

Great seller. The first battery I received was defective. A replacement arrived the day after I reported the problem. The replacement is great — better than the original Apple battery.
