The covers of each are printed like an envelope, with the "sender" and "recipient" addressed on it, ie "The me I used to be" or "Me, From Long Ago" to "My Future Self" or "Me, Older and Wiser", the reverse of each has a section for noting the date it was sealed on and the date to be opened upon. The suggested topic of each envelope include "These are my roots...", "Where I want to go...", "All the things I'd like to try someday...", "This is what I live for...", "A pep talk for the future me...", along with two blank envelopes. There is a page of stickers with which to seal each envelope after writing it reading things such as "hold for pickup", "air mail", "future mail", "return to sender" and an airoplane. This is something I could see being a brilliant collaborative project between friends or a child and parent, it was a number of years ago at the now defunct and disappeared 43 Things website (whose tagline was something like think it, list it, do it, and of which there was a book collecting goals listed on the site available on Amazon) that I discovered the idea of writing a letter to your future self or writing a letter to be opened fifthteen years hence.
