I am happy with my purchase even though I think I could have bought a better system for the price range. Video quality is pretty good as long as you dont try to zoom in. Night vision works pretty good as long as its far away from a parralell wall or else it will be too bright close to the camera and will glare out things farther away. 1 pan and tilt camera worked for 2 or 3 days and messed up but customer service refunded us so we could replace it quickly without any hassel. Pan and tilt works but no other features do such as zoom and focus. On the cameras that dont pan and tilt you can zoom in on the camera screen itself but the camera doesnt zoom in if that makes sense, its as if you're making the screen bigger only idk how to explain it. Zooming in isn't smooth and gradual either, there's not a good medium when zooming in. I set the cameras to constantly record & to record motion detection so that I can get notifications when there is a detection(which works most of the time, sometimes I won't get notifications until I open up the app) whenever I want to do video playback and search for motion detection only it doesn't work. I have to check the times of the motion detection notifications and then search that time for my video playback which isn't too big of a deal but would be great if I can search for motion detection only since it is an option. The mics are not very good either and sounds distorted. When setting up the system I had to hook it up to a monitor or TV because doing it on a laptop or on the app didnt work for me.

Purchased the system for summer home. setup was very simple, and works well. I've been able to monitor deliveries, wildlife (a deer poking his nose in the front door window) and neighbors riding their SUV through the font yard... Pan, tilt and zoon are a bit slow when operating remotely, but keep in mind, this is over internet, then wifi, so am not surprised nor disappointed. Zoom is Digital only, no camera lens zoom, so you lose quality when zooming, but still not bad. Motion detection is simply monitoring for changes in light, so any sun/cloud/shadow sets off an alarm. If found that feature to be frustrating, but in the cases where I had motion, it picked it up and alerted me. You just get a LOT of false alarms.. You cannot turn off the motion sensors remotely, so make sure of your settings before you leave the premises!. Tech support responded quickly with appropriate answers to my questions. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this system. I've tried, and returned a couple other systems in this price point... KittyHok meets my needs without breaking the bank!

Unlike other wireless systems I have tried this system is fairly reliable. The bullet cameras do have audio as well but you have to know to enable the function on the camera with the app.Range is limited especially through cement, but ability to use cameras as repeaters helps. When interfaced wirelessly to home network there is considerable delay in video and camera pan/tilt. Installation was relatively easy and pictures are clear but features are limited for a pan/tilt camera. Although plug and play for cameras that come with kit, adding witeless cameras requires temporary ethernet connection.

Since I had somebody was trying to open my wife car, I start looking for security Camera system. I decided purchase Kittyhok Camera system build in 1TB memory. it came with 4pcs camera which is 2 pcs pan tilt wifi camera and 2pcs bullet wifi camera. what I really like about this camera because it really pice of cake to set up and the view quality very clear. They also build in weather resistant which is it will work well with raining day. I think I will buy 2 more 2pcs to set up inside my house. I would recommend to buy this camera system if you want the easy set up camera.

This system has given me nothing but problems since day 1. Paid extra for hard drive & it didn't work. Customer service was good during 30 day return period (& even replied on Christmas) but now they are M.I.A. After forgetting about me for a month, they sent another hard drive but failed to package it properly... no bubble wrap, padding... nothing. So of course it was toast too. They won't reply to email about replacement hard drive. So basically I have a fancy way to just see what's happening at the moment & no way to record. Also, bought 2 extra Kittyhok cameras. The one keeps losing connection. Nothing about this system or purchase has been easy or a pleasant experience. I guess I'm on my own now to try & make lemonade out this $400+ lemon purchase & source/install my own hard drive.

Easy installation and setup the cameras are very decent, at night They look good but the pan and tilt cameras do not have good viewing angle and sometimes the app fails

Night vision is always spotty - when NVR console goes bad you can’t enter new ESSID or password to new one so I will have to climb on my roof and get all 4 cameras down and re - pair them again and install this will take 2-3 hoursThis is my worst purchase from amazon everI wouldn’t recommend buying this system I got ripped off $399

At first it worked great. I could check on my office from my smart phone. However, the audio is very poor. It's muffled and sounds like Charlie Brown's teacher. Now, after a year and a half, the system randomly shuts off for sometimes 5-7 minutes leaving a blank screen and then reboots. Also, the cameras will freeze and the recording is stopped and then started again. For the money, this technology should be bullet proof. The DVR just sits on a shelf, untouched, un-bumped, un-rattled, un-shaken. It should not just fail. However, it is.
