Good product. I am using it since 5 months. One thing you must remember that the size of non metallic weights are larger than the metallic once. Before purchasing first check the length of the barbell/dumbbell rod.Made of concrete covered with PVC.The surface is slippery. So, be careful while using it.

For time pass its okk...if you are passionate about body building then choose some better ...

I use these plates in deadlifting with barbell, Brenchpress with dumbbell. N they r very useful 4 me. But not Recommended to newcomers.
