For the price it's a great deal. Have recommend it to others, it me awhile to figure it out. but once you get use to it. The system is easy and you really know what you have. Only concern was I don't have sound. However, it do not matter because the cameras do a great job with visual and recording.Excellent product!!!!

Good weatherproofing, sturdy. A couple of units (have 8 installed) quit connecting to the base and became useless.Very nice tech support

I specifically contacted Safevant to get the camera that would work with my system. This is the model they specified. It doesn't work. It won't connect to my system. I feel that I've been cheated. I'm homebound so I can't return it. This is my lesson to never buy anything from Amazon again.

The cameras communicate nicely with the NVR. Good visual quality. The only problem is the the NVR only can use these cameras. Customer service was very responsive addressing my concerns about getting more cameras for my NVR.

I added a camera to my Safevant system, ordered on Amazon , once I received it, plugged it in and went to system menu/add camera and within a minute it was displaying on my monitor. EASY PEASE ! I love the Safevant system 5 ⭐️

I had to purchase this as an additional to my 4-camera set, same product and seller. Since this one is sold separate unit the synch to the hard drive was done upon arrival and prior to install. But both were done easily.

Need a 5th camera and this is the exact type that came with my system. Great price, their tech support is outstanding if you need it. Very pleased.

I have an existing 5MP (4 camera) Safevant system kit installed. I needed another camera, bought this 3MP (apparently they don't sell a 5MP single camera) and connected it to the existing system. It works but the picture quality is ugly compared to the other four. I'm trying to find one that is 5MP and may return this 3MP.
