Great support. Good product.
Good product and great support. First one we purchased had a faulty magnet, but they very quickly replaced it for us. We asked to purchase louder speakers and without saying anything, viola, louder speakers appeared in the mail. I bought 2 more since then. I strongly recommend this company.EDIT: A few months later we found that the receiver on one of our units was not working well. They promptly sent us a new one. Great support.

no installation instructions were included....
i'm sure i'd like it alot better if installation instructions were included in ENGLISH..... cant read Chinese so i'm out ... all info i found on web to install ..... pictures dont match what you sent me and nothing shows me how to wire it...i wll be calling you for install instructiions.... what a pain.... says you include instructions in ENGLISH... but nope

Installation is complicated
Finally installed however only worked 3 times and now will not work. Installation was hard and instructions complicated had to buy extra wire to make work. Looking to buy another one. The tech support never answers or responds to emails. Not a satisfied customer.

Have had this product for years now and still works as brand new, there’s other brands with similar designs at lower cost but the quality is not there, make a good investment and buy good products

Good Job
I like it. Only thing my magnet is not pulling my door closed like before. Can someone help me solve this issue. This device has been helping me keep out a lot of unwelcomed visitors.

Worth the bucks and it works great
Works great. Would recommend. I use at a downtown restaurant, it has stopped the non customers from using up time in bathroom. Went from posting sign to say no public restaurant, to installing the great product and I love it.

A little difficult to install, but we got it after great communication with seller... Its a generic from china but works great so far and its been installed for a few months...
