Foot Reflexology is an applied pressure therapy that involves stimulating reflex points on the foot. The sole of our foot acts as a map of the entire body, with reflex points correspond to vital organs, muscles and glands. Great massage mat, looks and feels better then on the picture, but you have to be familiar with reflexology in order to use it
I am very interested in learning reflexology technique since I can not afford to have a professional do it for me on regular basis. Reflexology sessions mean a world for me because they not only help me to relax but do wonders in terms of getting rid of pain in my feet. This mat is very well made but beware, you have to be quite used to a high-pressure feet massageif you want to use it. Do not step on the feet imprints right away with the whole foot, you can hurt yourself. The bumps are a bit sharp and very hard. If you do it step-by-step, they will work very well. But first you have to start regular sessions with an expert who will explain the connection between areas of the foot and organs of the body; at this point you will know what massage points you need to use most and will experiment with the pressure. I do like it and use it every day.

StreamBed Foot Reflexology
This product takes a while to get used to. I had to put a towel over it just so I could walk on it, otherwise it was extremely painful. This means I need to do more work on my feet and on those certain areas that affect the organs. A great product if you use it on a regular basis.

As advertised
This is as it says, a reflexology mat with hard stones (which are plastic and removable) but they are nonetheless hard enough you wont squish them. I haven't yet been able to walk relaxed across it yet, thankfully in the ad it mentioned you can lay a towel on it until you build up to it. I do believe strongly that this is a simple and cost effective device to use to help with all manner of maladies associated with pain in the body.....

looks good and it's a good Idea
looks good and it's a good Idea, but it falls apart easily. Everything is plastic, and does not lye flat on the floor.

Reflexology mat
This colorful mat is a good attempt to duplicate other versions. The plastic stones may become loose and fall off but are easily replaced.

amazing!
i LOVE my walking mat. sometimes i just stand on the beginning foot shapes while brushing my teeth and gently rock back and forth. this is such a great product! it does hurt at first but just wear socks. i rarely can walk on it without my socks.

Ouch!
As you've heard elsewhere the plastic pieces are VERY hard on your feet. I'm wearing socks to cushion them somewhat.

this was a gift but my friend liked it very much she said it is good for her pressure points.
