Pen is not working in proper manner,pen is not working in wordby words.always it started by beginning where are stopped is not started at that please don't buy fiz quran pen is not best quality.its almost fake.its pre recorded penCharger is given by oppo ...So please don't waste your time and money

After 11 year my pen become not working, if I can buy only a new pen ?Is it possible.

Reason for returning the order.
It was not as per specification mentioned on website.The size was very small.I compared the product with existing one that I have , it’s totally different and small in size.
