This is an *excellent* tool for the feet in particular, really great for a gentle approach for those with foot injuries or plantar fasciitis ---or for working and hydrating your connective tissue and stuck spots for foot health maintenance. My MELT method teacher uses these sometimes in her class and they are great for use while doing other things.Also it feels great. I often forget to write reviews but when I saw that this favorite thing of mine only had one review (and a bad one because the person did not expect it to be so small), I was compelled to share. Yes it is small but it's the perfect size if you are looking to work the feet. Possibly the hands also, and great for travel.

Works well for toy dog training and massaging my feet. I bought this to use for canine fitness training for my chihuahuas and it's the perfect size for them.

Beware really small ! I didn't pay attention to the size.

I've found these really helpful for my plantar fasciitis. Obviously doesn't cure it but definitely helps to ease the pain. Useful to keep under your computer desk and use discreetly at work. Does seem to be deflating slowly and tracking down a pump for it is a bit tricky!

Je m'en sers pour détendre les muscles à partir des pieds. Et ça marche.Très bien, le même que celui de ma kiné. Je recommande vivement.
