I bought this flask for my significant other - it's well-made, looks good, and feels solid (not overly heavy, but definitely not flimsy). The customer service from Wentworth was wonderful too. I bought my flask directly from the company in the UK, and there was a snafu at my end with the Post Office in the US. The flask ended up going back to the UK. Wentworth worked with me to get the flask redelivered - they were helpful, polite and efficient. I would definitely buy this product again.
