Nipples pulled toward side
Edit: Exchanged for the next larger size and it actually fits my breasts now. The flanges still pull to the side as you pump but it's not painful like the smaller size. Changing from 2 stars to 4. Would have given a 5 but pulling to the side is not a good thing for my forward facing nipples.-----Original Review: -----Runs small, order a Size larger than you think you should. I used my actual current postpartum measurements and it's way too small.Nipples get pulled to the side while pumping which hurts a lot. The picture seemed like the flanges could be adjusted toward the front but they slide toward the side as you pump. Not sure if ordering a larger size would help with that problem as the opening is from the side not the front.I haven't tried to breastfeed in it yet but the material seems stretchy enough to be good for it.

Wish it fit like the bras do — tank fits small
This is the only pumping bra tank top I could find. More companies need to make pumping tanks for those who exclusively pump.I purchased this tank for days I would need to be out and about and have to pump while away from home.I own 2 of the pumping bras and love them so I was excited to see a tank top version. However the stretch and accessibility is not the same in the built in bra as the regular bras. The stitching under the arms is a lot shorter than the pumping bras allowing less space to open for access to apply flanges. I find myself having to compress my breasts a lot more to have enough space to put the flanges on.The sizes also do not match up with the pumping bras. I ordered an XL in this tank and the bras. The tank version is very tight, I would say it fits more like a Large when I compare how it fits to the pumping bras.I wish this grey color was available as a pumping bra. I think it would also be great to have a tank version in black! Maybe the fabric stretch for each color is different as I notice the black bra fits better than the white bra.

Are your nipples on the sides of your boobs?
If you are reading this it’s because you know how hard it is to find a good pumping bra/tank top. My biggest issue with it is that the holes for pump flanges are so far off to the side that it’s difficult to get a good placement over the nipples. I basically have to shove my boobs as far to the side as they’ll go to make it work and it’s a hassle and not real comfortable while pumping. My breasts are an F cup however so that could contribute to it. I could’ve gone up to an XL but then I think the band under the bra would be too big. I also thought that for nursing that the inner part would also come down. Apparently, the reason it’s got less coverage on the inner layer is so you can lift your whole boob out to nurse. Not a big deal but more work than just pulling it down. I wouldn’t order it again but I may keep it just because I’ve found no other better options yet.

Wish I had from the beginning!
I wish I had this pump & nurse tank from the moment I got home... even in the hospital! Traditional pump bras don't allow you to nurse and pump, and other pump and nurse bras don't offer enough compression. The bra part of this tank offers both! I love crossover style nursing bras, and with this I can easily nurse and keep compression on the side I'm pumping without worrying about baby kicking the pump off. I wake up severely engorged daily, so it's a must that I am able to pump or feed immediately. Because it's a tank I love that I can sleep in it and get right up and pump before baby wakes up, or feed and pump. I also like that there is the snap down cloth that goes over the top of the bra part so i can wear this tank under any of my clothes, just like what I had before nursing. I'm buying one of every color. I spent a lot of time and money researching tanks, pump bras, and nursing bras. If I had thought to look for an all-in-one from the beginning I would have saved a lot of money and time because this is the only thing I really need.

I love these tanks
These tanks kept me sane during my first year with my son when I went back to work. Pumping three times a day, every day, was just getting so annoying, with all the setting up and tearing down every time. Anything I could do to shave a few steps off the whole process was greatly appreciated. I typically wear tanks under most of my clothing, so a top that served as a tank, a bra, a nursing top, and a pumping bra was amazing. Very easy to use and held the shields in place as intended.Sizing was a little difficult, and I ended up using my two Small sizes most often. The top could get a little bulky in the chest area if the size is too big. I am 5' 6", and wore this size when I was 130-145 lbs, with cup size around a C-D probably (I never bothered to get measured with a real bra).I did have a seam tear on one top, and a strap tear a little on the other, but to be fair, I wore these all day, every day, for a year. They were pretty easy to fix. So all in all, pretty good quality.

I would recommend it, but read up to know if it is the right tank for you...
This bra worked really well for me. But there are some things you should know. There are a lot of layers so be prepared for that. But that is how this bra does it's job of being multifunctional. If you are just using it for nursing then a more simple tank top would work better, but I love that is holds my medela pump bottles in place. (In fact I am pumping while wearing the tank right now as I write this review). It works great! I also love that I don't have really awkward seams under my shirt like I do from my regular pumping bra. One down side is that the fabric of the actual tank is really think in kind of a weird way. But it does help to hide the seams and I like that it is not see through. So overall I would definitely recommend it. Just know what you are buying.I ordered a small according the size chart and it is snug for sure, but I like the support. I could see larger breasted women having a harder time with the fit so I would size up if you are more than a C cup.
