My mother in law passed away last week and as we shopped around for an urn, we came across this one. It looks stunning in the picture, but that's not what we got. It was delivered Thursday evening and her funeral was Saturday, so we had to time to send it back or shop for a new one. The paint job looked very smeared at the top and the glob of paint in the middle of the wings actually popped off! We had to hot glue it right before the funeral started. My mother in law was a beautiful person who deserved nothing but the best. Unfortunately, that is not what she got with this urn. I'm deeply saddened that this company thinks it's ok to sell something that is this important in less than perfect condition.

Adult size. Very Pretty. Delivered in 1 day. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 : There were some scratches in the metal part on the top. Not noticeable unless you look closely. Also the yellow dot on the lid came off. It was plastic. I glued it back on with a little epoxy and it was fine.

The urn is even better looking when you see it than it is in pictures. It arrived in a timely fashion and was packed very well. Quality was excellent all around. I hope I do not need to, but would buy again.

We bought this for my Dad's ashes. When we received it we where pleasantly surprised how beautiful it was. My mom loves it.

They are very lovely, but silver at bottom was chipped, even replacement one came this way. Very emotional time and I had to keep one as Ashes were ready. Disappointed that they did not discount and this Urn did not come perfect.......

This is a hard time for our family and this urn is perfect for our loved one.

I ordered two this one the decoration on the top fell off like it was never attached so I super glued it and it had some black marks on it not so happy with this one for what it cost
