Keeps the kiddos safe in the tub!
I wish they would make these longer to fill more of a standard bathtub floor which is why I only gave 4 stars. It absolutely serves it's purpose of keeping my children from slipping in the bathtub when they are on it. It does not seem to bother their feet. It has excellent suction and does not slip around in the tub. Color was true to picture. I did notice a slight odor upon opening the package but it is no longer noticeable once mat was put in place.

This mat looks nice but it is textured
This mat looks nice but it is textured. The "stones" overlay each other in many places and where it does you have layered areas of plastic. If you have sensitive feet at all this can be very annoying.Water gets trapped in the design and so it doesn't completely dry which then causes mildew buildup on the bottom side, in particular around the suction cups.On the positive side it looks nice and stays in place well.

Don't waste your money on this
Did not stick to my standard textured bath tub floor. It's now being used as a dish drying mat and it only kind of sticks to my linoleum counter

This mat fitted well in our shower As the shower bottom often got slippery we were concerned about slipping both of us are in our eighties and a fall could be very serious. This mat gives us a firm footing and allows water to drain well.

Warning--Very bad smell!
The reason I ordered this was because it said there was no toxic smell. Whether or not it is toxic I don't know but the smell is horrific. I put it outsideto air out in hopes that the unpleasant odor would dissipate. After a few weeks, it still has such a bad smell I cannot use it. I consider it false advertising to declare a product to have no toxic smell when it smells so bad. I should have returned it immediately but it is so pretty I really hoped it would work out. I'm very disappointed.

Good for avoiding mildew
It definitely doesn't attract mildew as others seem to do in moist places but it is thinner than i might have like so not as relaxing for my feet as others have been. Like the antibacterial part though and it is pretty.
