I agree to the bad reviews given in here to some extent. I think I am lucky to get both volumes 1 and 2 whose paper quality is good. But print quality begs an answer. Print is dark in some pages and light in some, although light ones are quite readable. Maps are almost unreadable and thankfully there are a very few maps.The publishers sure cut a lost of cost in printing. Otherwise content wise I am satisfied. Coupled with NCERT (old and new) and two volumes of Satish Chandra, medieval history prep won't need any other resources. 4 stars (1 reduced for print quality)

Pathetic printing quality from Har Anand Publications. Print is too light to read on many pages even missing entire characters. Also my seller sent me a second hand or defective piece in binding. Not to mention even after 6 editions some typo errors are visible even to my untrained eye, year dates are example obviously wrong since they don't fit together.

Good,full of details and important events from the point of academic and competitive exam.
