Chevy & GMC Truck & SUV Shorty Headers 1999-2006 (6.0L Engines) Stainless

Bought these for a 2006 silverado 2500hd 6.0L, fit perfect, no gasket included for the egr delete plate, for the price they cant be beat.Edit: February 11 2022, weld failure at the flange that bolts to the exhaust, weld throat look shallow, thought they would be ok, ill spend the money on good headers next time

Better and cheaper than OEM replacements. My only complaint is that the 6bolts (3 for each side) from manifold to exhaust need to be longer, I went and bought longer bolts and discarded the ones provided (not a big deal as it was less than 5bucks). I love how they take on a yellow gold hue after they get heated it just adds to the character. I had no modifications to make, they matched right up. Also I have seen some ask if it makes your truck louder. So I used a decimeter at the engine and the exhaust, It actually made mine less noisy. I dropped almost 10db at the engine and about 5 at the exhaust. The truck still kept its deep growl that I love, so really no notable exhaust tune to worry about.

I have a chevy 3500 6.0L work truck and this worked perfectly. i have cracked 3 manifolds in the last 4 years and thought i would try these. just dont use the extra gaskets or engine bolts that come with it. It even has the blocking plate for the EGR valve. I did use those bolts and you must use the bigger bolts for connecting the header to the down pipe, they are a little short but perfect for holding it in place. I used all mahle all metal gaskets and my truck is quiet for the first time in 5 years. Make sure you leave all bolts loose and start everything before tightening anything. The aftermarket manifold bolt sets is highly recommended but they only give you 10 instead of 12 so you need to use 2 old bolts

Great product for just a little bit more than the cost of a replacement set of exhaust manifolds. Good fit, nice finish. Just one thing.. Check the welds as soon as you receive them. Mine were already installed and we heard an exhaust tick. Turns out the weld on the tube closest to the firewall on drivers side wasn't completely all the way around, missed the very last bit and had to be spot welded to correct the issue. Wasn't about to remove the header and send it back. Only con, good product otherwise so far..

Installed on a 2000 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD cast iron head 6.0L they fit the heads good and had good clearance only issue is it didn’t line up with the Y-Pipe has to cut and shorten one side of the Y pipe to get it to line it up was about 2-3 inches off but all in all can’t beat these for the price

just installed a week ago. fit with just a little adjusting to line up the exhaust pipes. blue-ing nicely so far. good welds should last much longer than the Headmans i bought before.

Too soon to know whether an improvement over stock exhaust manifolds. Fit fairly well, but installation hardware not quite right for a 6.0 Silverado. In any case, these are a great buy.

05 Chevrolet Silverado 6.0 3500. Fit perfect to my heads and collectors, no mods and the gold and blue colors you get after stainless steel heats up looks great. Can't beat it for the price.
