Purchases these for my husband for Christmas and they were great. I ordered a pair for myself a few weeks ago. They came wrapped in a plastic bag with no charging cord or tips for the earbuds. They looked like they were were used.

I only rarely write reviews - like this is maybe my second - but I'm so impressed by these earbuds for the price. I received them as a birthday gift. I just started using them, but I'm so please with how easily they pair with my Galaxy S9, the sound quality, and how they stay in my ears. Two years ago I got Samsung wireless earbuds similar to these only much more expensive - they didn't always pair well or sync with each other, and were too big for my ears. They frequently lost connection - I couldn't even put my phone in my pocket or a fanny pack without losing connection. I've run with these with my phone in the zippered rear pocket of my tights with only very minimal problems. They are great for my small ears!

I received these as a Christmas gift. I don't know if I just ended up with a faulty pair or what because I don't see many reviews with the same complaint, but the left earbud is constantly disconnecting. It's impossible for me to listen to music with both earbuds in because it cuts in and out all the time.The build quality seems nice and the fit is comfortable enough for the price, but the actual functionality of the product keeps it from being worth the money.
