I really can't speak on the affects it has for mental clarity. I personally have not noticed a huge boost in anything other than it helps me stay focused during those afternoon periods where focus gets hard for me but not by much. What it EXCELS at is the ability to create a VILE smell that comes from your behind. My farts could clear out a large room with the smallest puff of air whenever I take these things. For that alone I rate 3 stars. Probably won't buy anymore though.

Been taking this for almost a month now and I find it to be nothing more than just a sugar pill. Or just a nothing pill. Total waste of money, I feel no extra anything. I feel nothing. This does absolutely nothing for me. The instructions say to take this on an empty stomach... I normally fast and skip breakfast, so I take this first thing after waking up, then I eat 6 hours later. And after taking this product, I feel no better nor worse than I have felt before I started taking this product. What I wanted from it, was the acquire an edge in the afternoon, which I don't have. I just feel same-same-same.
