Alpine Labs Michron with E3 Cable for Canon

The product seems a little glitchy when trying to use it as a remote for my Canon DSLR

This product makes creating a timelapse easy and fun. It is easy to set and walk away while the camera does its thing. A couple things that I have learned since owning my Michron is to buy a large memory card 16gb or more as you will fill them up really fast and to purchase an external power cord that replaces your battery so you never have to worry about your battery dying in the middle of a shoot. The phone application has templates already created or you can create your own custom schedule for taking pictures. I just recently purchased another one for my father for Christmas as his interest was piqued after seeing some of the videos I made. This is a great little addition to any camera bag to transform an awesome picture into a beautiful movie. I have used the Michron extensively with my 5d mk 2 and 5d mk 3 for time-lapse photography and it is a great tool. I just plug the tiny device into my camera and smart phone, open the micron app, easily program a time lapse, and push start...Michron does the rest. This little device weighs almost nothing and takes up very little space, certainly less than most hand-held intervalometers out there, so its easy to carry along on any adventure.
