WARMTEC 750W/1500W 14'' Mini Electric Fireplace Heater Tabletop Portable Room Space Heater (Metal)

I live in the northeast. It could be extremely cold but you don’t want to spend too much on the heat. So I was expecting a heater that is small, powerful, and old-fashioned-style. It is as small as I expected. I put my Ipad 2 next to it so you may have a pic of the size. So Feel free to put it anywhere you want. Besides, it’s just so cool when you turn it on. The fire looks so real. You can feel the heat immediately.

I bought this tabletop heater for our camper (1994 31' Colemam with a rear bedroom). I bought it specifically for the bedroom which has 3 windows and a door. Last night was the first real test of this little heater and boy did it deliver! It got down to 25 degrees and we stayed nice and cozy with only this little heater going in the bedroom, no gas heat. It is a game changer if you love to camp year round! The shell of the heater does not get hot and the front glass does not get hot. The hot air comes out through vents just above the glass. I am impressed and considering one for out little pop-up camper as well

Given the price point, I didn't have high hopes for this little heater. But it looked cool, so I decided to take a chance. Glad I did! I love the flame effect and that you don't have to have the heat on to use it. I keep it in my office, which is roughly 12x12, and I've never used the second heat switch. The first switch (low) keeps the room toasty. I do live in a mild climate, though, so YMMV.Note: There is a slight odor when first using the heater. I recommend putting in a ventilated room and running it until the smell dissipates if you have trouble with it. I have asthma, and it really didn't bother me. Occasionally, after not running it for a while, I notice the smell again. But it goes away quickly.

Compact, heats well,looks good. It heats like a traditional fire place. Radiates heat. It doesnt have a very strong fan to blow the heat but it warms the room that in.

I use this at my computer desk where the morning temperatures are about 60 degrees F. It is quiet, and works great to take the chill off. It only gets warm where the forced air comes out near the top; the glass stays cool, so it is safe to use on my desktop. I love the look of the burning fire, and often leave that on for its calming effect, even when I turn off the heater.

It’s sooooooo great! It’s small, and heats well. How you judge what heater you need is 10 watts per sq ft, so this will do a 12’x12’ room no problem. I was looking for something for the aesthetic, and this is amazing! I ordered used very good condition from amazon wearhouse and there are some marks on the top but nothing that won’t happen to it anyways, and still looks great unless you’re 1 foot from it. The flame is beautiful! The glass does rattle at first but if you try to slide the glass downwards, towards the bottom of the unit then the glass will sit right and not make a noise!

As soon as I plugged in the unit, my smoke detector went off. The might have been to some kind of burn off for the unit being used for the first time, but I had a similar problem with the same product which I purchased from another vendor after many months of frequent use. This time, I thought I was buying a different product, but when I received it, I noticed that the only difference was the label in the rear lower right corner which said "Donyer Power" on the recent unit I purchased, and "Warmtech" on the other product I had the bad experience with. The "reference" number of "FEJ-16A" was the same on both products.

Placed this in my existing tv stand. Fits perfect and love the ambiance. So far I havent used the heater yet but it is so portable you can update any space with warmth.
