Great flavor and creamy texture, but...
Great flavor and creamy texture. Reminds me of made in Wisconsin Chavrie cheese.BUT... package is hard to open and won't unmold smoothly.I ended up just eating it with a spoon or spreading on toast!

Best tasting goat cheese, smooth and spreadable, slight bite to flavor, very good.
This was the first time I bought goat cheese on Amazon Fresh, usually the cheeses I have gotten recently ..even from Whole Foods, have been too close to their expiration date to enjoy in the time and manner good expensive cheese should be eaten..I.e. Savored, not wolfed down. This cheese was dated far enough ahead to actually enjoy it, it was imported from France even...it has a slight bite, tiny salt in the aftertaste but surprisingly good flavored. I put some on Friday it rye crackers and had it with some home made tomato and salmon soup. Wonderful!

USE THIS EVERYDAY!
LOVE LOVE LOVE this goat cheese. The packaging makes it so simple to use over and over again. I love this simply spread on a piece of toast (i prefer ezekiel toast) in place of cream cheese. I top it with fresh lox, scrambled egg, sprouts, or even avocado! All delicious! Cant get enough of this taste. So good I keep an extra one in the fridge at all times! <3

Fresh and creamy
If you love the tanginess of goat cheese this is Not for you. This is smooth and mild almost like whipped cream cheese. I prefer more of a tangy flavor hence 4 stars and not 5. Although I did not like the mildness of this goat cheese it was a very fresh, creamy, quality cheese.

Love the flavor and packaging of this goat cheese. Very creamy and satisfying but easy to eat a container in 1-2 days. At over $5.00 each it’s quite expensive but I like that it’s imported and not processed like US versions.

I buy this weekly for snacks but also as an addition to sauces and condiments. With only a hint of earthy flavor, it has the perfect tang.I like it in this form better also than in the roll or in the round puck. It’s more spreadable and less crumbly.
