Takeout Kit, Thai Curry Noodles (Khao Soi) Pantry Meal Kit - Just Add Protein, Serves 4

I’ve worked in a Thai restaurant for several years so it’s hard to find anything you can make at home that tastes like authentic Thai food without having a weird aftertaste. This is so delicious! It tastes very similar to the fine dining Thai restaurant food I have served but it is also very easy to make and has very simple instructions (step-by-step.)I ordered it for my sister who has also worked alongside with me and she’s thrilled with it!! I’ve ordered at three times so far and plan on ordering more!

We liked the crunchy texture. In addition it was really simple to make a special Asian dish that we would have never been able to make otherwise.The curry was especially flavorful. It is a little rich in calories and mixing curry and noodles wasn’t as even as we would get in a restaurant. I am sure though that someone with a little more skill will do a lot better.

I got this as a gift for my husband. He said it was super easy to make. It smelled and tasted amazing. I would highly recommend it!

I've tried a few of the meal kits from Takeout Kit and this is my favorite. It brings me back to my trip to Chang-Mai, Thailand. So good! The entire experience provided (all ingredients, recipe card, background on the dish, generous portions, etc.) was awesome. Thank you Takeout Kit!

We order this regularly at my house, and since they keep well in the pantry, we often order 2 or 3 kits at a time. So delicious!! Like several of the other Takeout Kits, too, but this one's our family favorite.
