Pretty fast relief during a gallbladder attack. (Mine had expired because I've had it for a year, but it still worked. Will order another.) I had a really bad attack about a month ago and had to take this about 4 times at 20 minute intervals, but the pain was reduced and then finally gone in about an hour. I now follow the Gallbladder Attack protocols and moderate diet plan on the GallbladderAttack dot com website. I carry this everywhere especially if I am tempted to "cheat" and eat something unwise.
