It either won't hold a charge or has faulty wiring as it turns on and off with the extra battery in place. After desperately trying to get it to come back on and stay on (have a hyper-active child that is afraid of the dark) I've given up and ordered a replacement, will let you know how it goes the second time around. However, I am REALLY put off that I paid for overnight shipping, received a product that won't work, and now will have to wait three more days for it's replacement.
