The Kokel Brand Whisk is a MUST
After using several flat whisks and being dissatisfied, I decided to purchase this brand based on Amazon reviews. I have finally found the perfect flat whisk after all these years.The Kokel is well made and works well. In fact, it has replaced all of my balloon whisks. A flat whisk gets into all the nooks and crannies of a bowl, but some of the flat whisks I've used are flimsy. Not the Kokel. It is sturdy yet has some "give" to it. I've also had whisks that start rusting after a few washings. This whisk is not showing any signs of rusting.The only mistake I made was purchasing the 10 inch. I have small hands, so I though the 10 inch would be perfect. Alas, the 12 inch would probably be a little easier to grasp. I'm considering purchasing the 12 inch next.

Love this whisk. Like others have said, it's going to displace my small french for making sauces and gravy. Well made in the USA is a plus.
