Review: Pretty solid case - Have been using Spigen cases for a few years now and can say only good things about them. The one for my 7+ lasted me two years and was still very good when I switched phones. My previous one for Xs Max lasted me a year as the coating started feeling and looking worn. Also the leg got quite flimsy in the last months which is why I bought a new case. I find the leg very useful when watching videos while eating and overall the case is perfect for me. It’s a bit on the chunky side, but if you like feeling safe when carrying your phone, this one is for you

**Q: Will this case slide easily on a countertop or does some of the rubber make contact with the surface to prevent that from happening?**
A: You know, I've never intentionally tried to slide it on a counter top.  But from the way it feels, the fact that I've used it for over a year and have dropped it many times, I would think if it slipped off a counter it would not harm the phone.  I’ve dropped my iPhone 8 Plus in this case from higher than most counters and it did not do any damage.

I ordered a refurbished IPhone XS Max as I wasn’t looking for a new phone but just a better one until there’s one I really want. I needed a tough protective case for it. Looking around online I found many but in the end I keep going back to Spigen. I’ve had this case on my current IPhone X and it’s lasted until July 2021 from when I got it back in 2017. I don’t see why people call it cheap and “not the same as they did before”. It’s kept my phone safe and I stick by them. Only reason I didn’t pick another spigen case is because everyone saying they slippery. This case isn’t, so get this one!
