I can not say that these capsules have boosted my energy. Although I can say that my spring allergy was less severe this year. I am taking them for a month now and I think it's enough to judge the item.

My mother esp. gets the most from these pills she says it energizes her! My little sister also noticed some benefits.

I’ve been taking Total Bee Plus for 5-6 years and love it. My metabolism is working great, I have solid focus and energy throughout the day, I sleep better, I look and feel younger than I am. With all of the vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats Total Bee Plus provides, I do not have to take so many other supplements separately. It's well worth the price. I highly recommend this product to anyone and everyone. I’ve led several of my friends to try it and they love it too. It even helped my mother with her energy and focus when she was getting cancer treatment. I’m not sure if children can take it. I guess that’s a question for the company.
