Helps with losing weight
I take this gc 1 month diet plan when I’m feeling like I need to loose a little weight but don’t wanna cut back on eating out and don’t have time to go to the gym. I work really long hours so it just works fine. My appetite is lessened for a whole month and I find myself not craving carbs rather than trying (and failing) not to eat them. I always loose about 6-10 pounds a month without even trying which is great! And so easy! This brand is well known in the U.K. and they never fail to deliver, so happy they are finally in the states! :)

Boosts Metabolism
This product did boost my metabolism and curb my appetite but it made me a bit jittery. I'm not sure if there is natural caffeine in garcinia cambogia or if it was just coincidence. Time will tell if this really works.
