This shirt is my go-to for everyday wear to feel comfortable and confident. Yes, it's tight, but it's supposed to be! All compression shirts worth their while are going to be difficult to get on the first several times you wear them. I've been wearing shirts like this for over 10 years and this one is THE BEST I have ever found. Well-constructed, strong material, and long-lasting. I recently replaced my first one because I literally wore it to pieces--everyday wear for 2 years! With proper care and rotational use, this compression shirt will last a long time. My only complaint is that the seams under the arms are a little itchy to start, but that goes away after a few weeks of daily wear.

I ordered a large - the size I was suppose to order according to the chart. I couldn't even get it over my head. I asked my niece to try to get it on ... she is 5'4" tall and 100 lbs soaking wet. She couldn't get it on either. I couldn't even image what the small would be like. Definite return.

Please not the sizes are Asian people sizes. I wear medium to large and this shirt wouldn't go half way down my chest. And yes I know it's suppose to be tight. It was just too small.

I wish I bought the XXL (I gained a lot of weight over the winter). I have trouble getting it off because I have the XL--it is very tight, but it is too late to return. I hope to lose weight and wear it then.
