Scantronic 9941 Remote Keypad

I bought 2 of these thinking I was just un lucky and was not able to get a refund.. so I took a chance on anther one and it has exactly the same fault .KO1 missing on the pad sk you have to reset ghe alarm quite often .They are rubbish !
