Behaved exactly as expected, for the right price. Tips in this review.
Before purchasing, I read pages and pages of reviews for other Cocotik peel and stick products. They are cheaper than the ones available at the big box stores, but no one wants to go cheap only to find out the product is no good, right? And I did see some reviews that complained that they peeled right away. However, what I figured out is that the people complaining about non-sticking are putting the tiles on TEXTURED walls. These will not stay on textured walls. But what I can see from my experience, and in reading other reviews, is that they stay perfectly fine on flat drywall (painted or unpainted). Especially if you take care in installing them.Granted, I installed these 2 weeks ago, and it may be good to reassess after a year, but I can tell you that after 2 weeks there's not a hint of peeling off - not one corner. So here's what else I learned in my research, and which we did:1) Clean your wall thoroughly. Some sites suggested normal cleaner, and others suggested a heavy de-greaser like TSP. Wanting to be extra thorough, we used TSP (there are greener alternatives you can look into). We also sanded down any paint spots that were sticking up. Some recommend to vacuum the wall before cleaning - we didn't do this. But we were pretty thorough in sanding and cleaning.2) Make sure your wall dries completely. Wait at least a day before going on to the next step.3) I'm not convinced this was necessary, but it was recommended by a few to use an additional spray-on glue. We used 3m Super 77, recommended by both big box stores for this purpose. It is pretty potent stuff, so you definitely want to be able to air out the house when you use this, use a dust mask, and try not to breath it in after it's first applied. Cover up surfaces that you don't want the stuff getting on, hold it about 7" from the surface, put a thin layer - don't let it build up - and then wait about 30 seconds. Do only sections that you can get done in 15 minutes, because that's when the spray on glue starts to harden. But the reason I'm not convinced we needed it is that not even the edges (where we didn't spray the extra glue) show any signs of wanting to peel up. However, if at some point they do, I've read you can dab a little superglue on corners.4) It's a little tricky laying them straight (and it might have helped if we owned a big level), but the good news is that you can peel them back up if they're not going on straight. Even despite the extra glue (naturally you don't want to wait too long). I did this so many times that I was sure I was messing up the glue and they'd be peeling by morning, but that was not the case.5) Press down hard after putting them down, so as not to leave any air bubbles. Press the edges down.Aesthetics:The color is nice. If you look up close, the print is of little seashells, which could be a tip-off that this is not real tile. But you can't really tell this unless you look close. They are a little shiny in some lights, which you can see in one of my photos. One person complained that the "grout lines" are very white, which will clash with beige counter tops (like mine), but standing a few feet away it blends perfectly. One reviewer complained that there was no stick backing on one of her sheets, but I suspect what happened there was that the protective layer that you peel away from the sticker part split (kind of like when you're peeling a sticker off of something and you only peel off the top layer) - you just have to keep working at it with a fingernail until you get the whole backing coming away from the sticky silver layer. Those who aren't very nimble-fingered might want a little help with this.Good luck!

Looks Great
The reason I chose these, I needed something flat on the backsplash so it wouldn't push my stove out and interfere with my draw. Could not be happier went up fairly easy. I sanded, wipe down and vacuum the surface prior to installing.

I LOVE IT!
We placed these as a backsplash to our kitchen sink in our 5th wheel RV. It looks great!. The biggest 'trick' we found was make sure that the first tile you place is perfectly square - then the rest was easy! Can't wait to do the bathroom too!

Great idea to update my tiles
Great idea to update my tiles. Very easy to install. My kitchen looks different. I used them to change the look because I was tired of my old fruit tiles. I also covered my counters for a new look. Now I have a completely new kitchen for a couple of years to come.

This is a terrific product. I actually used it as shelf paper under my bathroom sinks. It is very easy to cut with scissors and can be taken up if you don't place it correctly. In case your computer doesn't show the colors right, it is brown and a caper green.

You get what you pay for
Way less expensive than actual tile, and easier to put up. Home Depot also has self stick tile but want $100 for 10 sheets. We went with the cheaper alternative. I do have to say the beige looking parts of the tile look more pale yellow in person. I wasn't too thrilled with that. My husband put these up and he had no trouble but I noticed some of the squares peeled off the actual tile paper backing. It's like all this product really is are tile stickers stuck to paper with an adhesive backing. It doesn't look too bad and it will do for now.

Good product but when described
Good product but when described, it should be advised to use double adhesive. I had it installed in the kitchen and after one month it began to peel.
