wow heat strean clear is easy and fast I love this product i has tell everyone of my family about it. I can cut back my use of chemicals, plus it work perfect addicted to cleaning now for over a week! it's not a miracle. I think once I get my house clean I can use this to keep on top of the dust and dirt on a regular basis. For example - I never cleaned the oven grates in 3+ years thinking it was impossible task. With this steamer it probably took me 4 hours to clean the three grates - but they are SHINY and back to the original NEW stainless steel look. I also got dirt out of the grout on my tiled bathroom floor which are now white again and if nothing more you get from it the BASEBOARDS in my house have NO dust/dirt in the cervices any longer. I recommend this product

It's an alright product. I was no impressed by how it cleaned. Gets the job done.Was an impulse by that I later thought about returning but did not return because was only getting a little less than 2/3rd of my money back.Sits in the corner gathering dust until the rare chance that I need it. But that's my fault.

I am very pleased with the steamer! I bought it to sanitize since with COVID, aerosol sprays like Lysol are impossible to find. The price is reasonable especially since it replaces buying numerous cans of sprays. Also it is chemical free just using water. I steam cleaned floors, bedding, shoes, dog beds and toys, inside my car and floor mats plus many other surfaces and items. It is easy to use and lightweight. My only complaint is that the instructions are written in broken English with many errors and difficult to understand.

Pathetic product. When the water is heating up, it always vents out steam from the lid even though the lid is secured properly. This is a safety hazard. The instruction manual in English is not clear. It is a sturdy build but what is the point if steam is going to explode from the lid, making it unsafe. I did not overfill the tank. It was the same behavior, if I filled 100ml, 150ml or175 ml of water. Really disappointed with the defective piece and would urge the seller for a refund. I tested the product after closure of return window. Still this is an unsafe product to use. Just been lucky, nothing untowardly happened.

I like the machine. It steams very well and it does a great job. But beware. You can't buy replacements parts, like the small brush. I have used it one day and it's pretty much wore out. Of course I was cleaning my grout on my floor. There is no way to contact the seller. Amazon is listed as the product support for this product and they can't help you either. So once my other brush is gone, it's gone. I would have given it 5 stars if you were able to purchase spare parts. Seems ridiculous to me.

I purchased this steamer to remove old glazing on my 100 year old windows. The glazing was as hard as granite. After cracking several small panes, i used this steamer to loosen it so I could scrape it off without damaging the window. It was a slow process but it worked! This steamer is so lightweight it allowed me to carry it up a ladder to get to the windows. Great purchase.

This gadget works very well! I can't wait to try it elsewhere in the house.

My purpose to purchase this steam cleaner is for my humidifier, some part of my humidifier is very difficult to deep cleaning. I hope this one can help, yes it did. Now it seems like help me clean everywhere, my kitchen and my car. it helps me. But as other buyer said, when you use it, you must be very careful of the steam, you need paying attention about it.
