Produced in 2010 and Directed by Brad Keller. Several years after the death of his mother, Marc is still angry for the loss, defensive for his inability to stop her death and bereft of faith for leaving so much unsaid between them. When a car accident, the night of his fathers 40th birthday, causes him to face the specter of mortality and things left unsaid, he takes matters into his own hands. Not the doctor, nurse or anyone else on earth or earth will stop him from saying those unspoken words to his fatherbefore or afterFlatLine.

One of the worst christian films to come from Pure Flix
One of the worst christian films to come from Pure Flix, The foul launguage is what turned it off for me, It may not hav e been done by Pure Flix but only have been endorsed by them. Movie could have been done better, acting could have been done better, and the story line could have been made more believable without the vulgarity.

Don't waste your time
I threw this movie in the trash. Not what I expected for a christian movie. Don't waste your time. The seller sent the movie and it was in fine condition but the content of the movie was the problem

Aweful
Didn't watch the whole movie and threw it in the trash where it belongs; language was crude and tacky, NOT a family movie!

Plot Twist Can't Save this Slow Burner
I tried to cut Flatline some slack, for the simple fact that it was shot on a low budget. But despite the decent cinematography, it lacks in too many ways to make it worth recommending.Flatline tells the story of how death and regret plague a young man's life. It begins as Marc pleads with emergency room doctors to keep his father alive after a car accident, and provides a backstory through the use of flashbacks. Although the movie itself was shot well, there are simply too many things that make it difficult to enjoy. The story and dialogue for Flatline is average, at best. While some of the cast had worked in television or straight-to-DVD movies, many of the Dallas-based actors had very little experience, even if they had the right look. The most unusual decision in casting seems to be that they choose a guy in his 30's with no film experience to play the lead role as the troubled teenager. Film veteran C. Thomas Howell, who has apparently worked with Flatline's director many times before, only gets a few minutes of screen time.If you're not a fan of slow-burning dramas, Flatline isn't for you. The film drags on, despite a few tense moments as well as attempts at lightening things up with humor. The only redeeming aspect of Flatline is the plot twist at the end, but even that doesn't make up for an otherwise dull movie. The twist itself is a bit of a ripoff of a 2005 Marc Forster film, which I won't name outright because it would give away the ending. There are a few subtle hints at what the plot twist may be throughout the movie, at a minimum you'll know that one is coming. Flatline would have worked as a 10-minute short movie. But at almost an hour and a half running time, I don't think that I would recommend that anyone sit through the whole thing.
