Seems to really help, just a lot of capsules to take at the start though.
I think this has helped so far. It's a bit steep and difficult to be swallowing up to 10 capsules at first, but as the instructions say, you reduce this each week as your gut health improves. I think my gut and bloating is improving, but its worth while also noting that you need to address the route course of whats causing your digestive issues and bloating in the first place (for example gluten, yeast, lactose, or consuming the same food more than 1-2 times/day etc). I've just had a Food Intolerance & Nutrient Deficiency test done which I recommend, and I will cut out the foods that have come up bad, and supplement more with the nutrients I am lacking - that along side taking these should have a really good result. Buying my 3rd batch now to see if things continue to improve - Note: My gut issues are massively improved when taking this and only aggravated when I consume things I know I am intolerant to, such as bread/yeast, whey and a few others - be aware if you consume foods/liquids you are intolerant to, this product will reduce the bad effects of these foods, but this product would work a whole lot better without you consuming foods irritating your bowl/gut.

Im on day 5 of these was very sceptical at first as i have tried numerous products for my IBS , I cannot believe how much they have improved the symptoms. They are large and took some getting used to swallowing but the results have been amazing

Don't do it unless you can swallow golf balls.
Desperation was setting in my innards were so bad I thought probiotics might help, and I chose these. They may well have helped but I found them impossible to swallow and there was certainly no way I could have swallowed ten capsules at a sitting. They are bigger than any other capsule I have taken and they are HARD, I nearly choked and gave up.

Purchased these after a very bad flare up of 20 years of ibs..They were a lifesaver they did more good than years of prescribed meds and spending a fortune on otc remedies

Use 10 minutes before meals. Adults 5-8 capsules once or twice a day. Drink water or fruit juice afterwards (200-300 ml). Children 2-5 capsules once or twice a day, drink water or fruit juice afterwards (100-200 ml). Parents considering their children under 12 years of age using ColonFit should consult ColonFit use with the doctor. After 2 weeks of use lower the dosage. Do not exceed the daily recommended dosage.
