Krill oil
This is a great brand of krill oil. I usually have trouble with fish oils of any type, but this particular brand has been great. Easily digested and no fishy after taste.

It works!
Xanthomega has worked in my situation. I was having hot flashes due to pre-menopause. Then I started taking Xanthomega and they stopped. I researched the different components of krill oil and the absorption thereof, and found that Xanthomega has the best ingredients for this purpose. Xanthomega has the krill oil that I wanted AND astaxanthin at a whopping 12MG not to mention the phospholipids needed for proper absorption. Just do the research yourself.
