I purchased these whiskey rocks and they are an excellent product. They only require 1 hour of freezing time and they keep my drinks cold for up to 3 hours. They are much more durable than the soapstone version of whiskey rocks and I love the fact that I can put them in the dishwasher. I like that they do not dilute my drink as regular ice cubes do. I strongly recommend this product.

These are pretty cool. Literally. As I write this, I am enjoying a glass of Crown Black with my Great White Ice Whiskey Stones. A nice way to cap off a hard day of bustin' broncs and rescuing damsels. They do a good job of keeping my already cool whiskey cool. Yeah, I keep it in the icebox. Hell, this is Texas and it's hotter'n and August Rocket 'round here 'bout now. Gotta do what I gotta do. Now, don't go an git me wrong, these ain't gonna chill your saddle bag stored warm whiskey as well as ice will, but they won't go and water it down either. Let's tick that in the win column. Well, not really, but hey, I'm just sayin' is all I'm sayin... Anyhew... They come in a cool little velvet storage pouch and with a set of tongs. The tongs got jacked into habanero management facilitiation, but I keep the Stones... not Rolling, not kidney, but the bad little stainless sixers Imma talkin' 'bout here in the freezer. Call it my mojo bag. "I'm givin' ya all the mojo I got, Lightnin!" So, ladies.. git 'em for the gentleman in your life. Men, just plain git 'em. I thought these would be better than the soapstone variety but these rocks also lose their chill very quickly. They will not chill room temperature whiskey to the same level as ice and you need to add at least 4 to get a decent effect.

Okay, first things first. I bought these for my scotch, that's the only reason I bought them. I've seen people complain that they "don't make my drink cold enough" well guess what, if you're trying to get your scotch that cold, you're doing it wrong. They work very well, easy to maintain, easy to use, handy storage bag. 2-3 of them keep a nice sized glass of scotch nice and chilly for the amount of time it takes me to drink it. Switch them out with 2-3 fresh ones when you pour a new glass, the warm ones will be chilled when you finish that glass. Being stainless steel makes them easy to clean, and they don't absorb flavors of the drink they are used in, and also makes them durable.The product would have gotten that all elusive 5th star if the tongs they come with weren't just more for show. The tongs suck. Really. But the cubes rock.

I purchased these as a gift for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves them! They work incredibly well. They don't keep your drink ice cold, but as any true whiskey fan knows, it shouldn't be consumed ice cold anyway.They work for hours, so weven the slow sipper can have a cold last drink. Excellent product! I'd recommend for anyone!

I purchased these Whiskey Rocks from wonderfulwhiskeystones on Amazon and am very impressed with my purchase. The packaging is very nice if you were purchasing it as a gift and the pricing is excellent in comparison to other whiskey stones. I also like the fact that they are made of stainless steel so they are very easy to clean. I have used them in White Wine as well as in hard drinks and love the fact that they stay cold for up to 4 hours (much longer than my drink would ever last!) and do not dilute a high end product. I strongly recommend this product!

This was absolutely a terrible purchase. I have had this now for about 1 year or so. It has NEVER gotten any of my drinks cold or even kept it cold. I am thoroughly disappointed in the product.It looks clean and nice, but no matter how long I've put it in the freezer, it has not been functional.

Well, they're made good, and they look nice, but I can't say they chill my drink very well. I put just enough whiskey in to come just to the top of the cubes, couldn't tell any difference. The cubes were chilled to -3F, with two in the glass.
