Awesome table, great quality
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I wasn't sure of what to expect, being one of the cheapest of these tables, running elsewhere for nearly 200 bucks. I was pleasantly surprised of the quality of the table! Instructions included, but kinda suck. The exploded view diagram will be your primary resource for assembly. Template was fine, measurements were spot on, but verify with the brackets on your punch marks just to make sure. After some of the other reviews, i used my own nutserts. It also didn't come with a nutsert tool, which is fine, there's a great one here on amazon, search for the "RZX 13" rivet nut tool Nut/thread Hand Riveter" and you'll find it. It came with rivnuts that i used instead of the ones that came with the table kit. Tool worked perfectly and easily, and the nutserts locked into place perfectly. Also if note, the instructions say to drill out 25/64 inch holes, which I think are too big. I went one step down, 3/8 (24/64),and they were still a little big, but worked fine. For a little more peace of mind, I might have tried 23/64, but the 3/8 seemed to work fine. The rest of the hardware and components for the table seem top notch, with no rattling at all. Def recommend!

They send junk mounting hardware, so I recommend using your own
Unless you’re handy and have some self-drilling screws nearby, don’t bother with this thing. The instructions are poor and the holes it tells you to drill turn out to not be the right size for the parts they send. So I had to use some self-drilling screws to make it work. But it makes you feel awful drilling worthless and pointless holes in your Jeep that you have to cover up. I made it work, but it took longer than it should have. It functions like it should but I highly highly highly recommend that if you want this to just get four self drilling screws and line them up right and use them instead of that junk they send

Excellent Quality and Value!
The item was shipped promptly and packaged double boxed. The quality is very good and equal to that of the higher priced versions of this. I was easily able to put the item together without difficulty. I referred to the many pictures and schematics included. I will not be trusting the included paper template until I measure the completed table to the template before I drill into my new Jeep. I went to harbor freight and picked up the nutsert tool for $17.99 with a coupon. It will serve the purpose since Im only installing 4 nutserts. I have the step drill and drill bit. Try not to over think this, it is what it is and that is a lightweight table for your back door on your Wrangler. If you want something heavy duty then make it yourself. I may also have to replace the nutserts with better quality nutserts, but for the price, what a smoking deal! I am confident that this will support a fully loaded cooler or stove, I wouldn't sit on it. I needed this table for the extra room so as to not cover the subwoofer in my flooring in the back, now the table will keep the subwoofer clear when I tailgate.UPDATE: I installed this using self tapping sheet metal screws and deleted the nutserts alltogether. There were a total of six holes and I used the self tapping sheet metal screws in all the holes. I did not want to trust the nutserts and if the sheet metal screws give way then I can go back later and Pull off the spare tire then the vent on the outside of the door and slip my hand in to bolt the table to the back door. The table is very solid with the six sheet metal screws and I am confident it will support a camp stove or a cooler.

Good basic table. Very handy.
I really like the table. the quality of the finished product is nice. The install was problematic because the seller failed to provide the nutsert expansion tool for expanding the supplied nutserts. This turned a 15 minute, driveway install into a trip to the hardware store's "special fastener section" and an education on expandable nuts. After $6 in additional hardware and a little frustration, I was able to have a functioning tailgate table. I am happy with the end result but I should not have had to jump through the additional hoops because of poor quality control on the seller's end.

Great addition to the Jeep
As other reviewers have, I mounted the table surface upside down from that listed in the instructions to provide more of a tray to put my single burner stove and a custom made cutting board. I also opted to use self-drilling sheet metal screws that several other reviewers have recommended and it was an easy install. I first drilled 1/8 inch pilot holes before attaching the screws, and I needed a powerful drill to get it done (the cordless screwdriver I had was not up to the task). To finish it off, I attached several MOLLE bags using the slots in the table which adds a lot of utility. This includes a first aid kit, my compact cooking set, and a general purpose bag for storing various other items for camping, etc. Very happy with this purchase. The one downside is that the included instructions were not very good, and it looks like they actually lifted the instructions from the similar Teraflex tailgate table.

good product
As the other reviewer said, I flipped mine over and made into a tray instead of a shelf.well built, good finish. The bad, the inserts are junk. I have put in literally thousands of this type of insert, I used to work in a machine shop. These do not crimp evenly, all 4 of them. I used my own 1/4-20 inserts and they all seated great.having said that I am ordering another one for my Dad

Great little table for my Jeep
Very well-built table, could not use pattern since I have a TJ. I used wellnuts for a little bit of extra cushion I was able to use the stock brake light wire cover I trimmed it just a little bit. The rubber head of the wellnut allowed spacing for the wires

Not exactly the easiest install
The instructions given on the install seemed simple at first, but once you start, you realize that it doesn't play out that way. After following exactly how to make the wholes the way it was given on the instructions, I had to take my car to a body shop for them to tighten it up because the wholes recommended were too big. Now I'm afraid to put anything slightly heavier on there.
