I have been using this green tea brand for a few weeks now and I’ve been very happy with this product. I have made lots of smoothies and lattes with this and the other day I made coconut green tea pancakes that turned out delicious. The powder is very fine and I haven’t had any trouble with lumps in anything I’ve made.This is not the ceremonial grade matcha and at first I was wary about getting this powder instead of a much more refined ceremonial grade version. I’ve found that the more aggressive taste of this green tea powder comes out better in baking and drinks and I end up having to use less than I’ve had to use with other brands.Plus, I’ve found this brand to be very affordable for the quantity and quality I’m getting. I’ve been using it almost every day and it takes quite a while for it to run out.
