Air Dry Clay Modeling Clay with Tools and Manuals (Blue 36)

This clay is awesome! However the photos are misleading. This clay does not come in/with individual plastic tubs as shown in one of the photos—rather, it comes in sealed plastic bags, and you are given small ziplock-style bags to store any unused product. My children tend to kill off the better part of a box whenever they open one anyway, but I still wish that the clay came in or with small plastic tubs for storing. 5 stars for the product itself, but I took away a star because it is not easy to store and the pics are misleading.

The only thing I didn't like is that there are some colors that are repeated, but then some colors that I think are missing. It really just depends on if you are using this for children to play with or for anything more serious where the colors would matter. Also, I didn't find that the clay was 100% free of cracks after drying although it was better than another brand that I used. For people who are not familiar with this type of air dry clay, it is moist when you remove it so you have to work it a little bit with your hands to let it dry, but do not have any type of oils on your hands or it will break down the material. I follow different books that give ideas for things to sculpt and using styrofoam as a filler will help you save clay if you are making larger objects. The tools provided are nice, but the examples are too complex.

Fake!I bought two boxes of 48 pieces for my children today. It arrived the same day (thanks to Amazon) but the clay is defective or fake.It looks like it has many bubbles inside of each piece in bag. When I opened one it was so sticky and impossible to play with. Also it shrinks to half of the size when the bag is opened. Looks like that the half size of the original amount of clay was foamed to fill the bag.Very disappointed.

This clay is perfect for keeping kids busy. The packages of clay are small, but there are so many vibrant colors. The clay is not like traditional clay. It is very spongy feeling and isn’t as smooth. But for small kids it is good enough if you aren’t trying to win and molding awards.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!The clay REALLY feels like a wet/foamy type substance yet your hands stay dry😜I am BEYOND PLEASED EACH 1 IS IN ITS OWN CONTAINER😇NOTHING worse than stuff like this coming in a tiny wrapper and you can either ONLY use it once OR individually wrap each 1 up yourself so that sold it to me from the beginning because A LOT of people are selling this stuff individually wrapped!😡I have bought similar foamy slime from gumball machines at $.50 for a quarter size piece and $.75 for 2 so this set here was a steal!Your welcome seller! Nice colors and most of the bags are full but some do not weigh as much as others and are about .3 to .4 ounces less. A little more wet and sticky than other clay I have used but the colors are good. Also some of the bags were open and the clay has hardened. That’s the reason for 3 stars

Update: I heard from the seller and got a courteous response and an offer for another box at no cost. I've increased the rating because of the excellent customer service and the fact that the clay that was not dried out was great. So, if you get a batch that is dried out, contact the seller for a replacement.I got two boxes of this clay to use as classroom prizes for good behavior. One box was pretty good. The clay was soft and easy to squish. I really only opened a couple of them though, so now that I'm writing this, I'm not sure if all of them were soft. There was one for sure that was dry.The other box had many that were already dried out. A few were completely dry, many were mostly dry, especially the top layer of the clay. I already gave out the majority of the clay, not realizing that they weren't soft. I had several students complain and want to switch out clay.The pictures show various stages of drying out. The olive green us mostly dried on the top, the bottom is only slightly less dry. The kelly green shows a ribbon of mostly dry running through the middle, the rest wasn't able to be shaped much. The yellow was able to be manipulated more, but still not as wet as expected.My students were really excited to get clay, I'm frustrated that this clay was such a disappointment. If I had realized how dried out they were before giving half of them out, I would have returned them.

My daughter needed some clay. She wanted clay that would air dry. I jumped on here to find some real quick and found this. Most bang for my buck I think. You get about 2oz or so of clay of several different colors. The clay is not clay. When I played with clay as a kid, it was heavy, sticky and gross and usually 3 colors. This clay feels like a cloud. It's soft, and lightweight and sticks together when it dries really well. She's made tons of crap already - and It's all super cute. She even made tons of little balls and let them dry.. so she could use them in her slingshot to shoot her brother. Beans are too hard. I'll be buying more of this clay I'm sure. Maybe a few more times to get several colors and more volume to play with. I might buy some for me for when I have some anxiety. I'm telling you, it is so dang soft....

Received it yesterday the box was busted open I think cuz of the clay itself I'm like expanded I wish I could take a picture but for some reason you can't I did we did open up a pack to feel it we don't know if it dries nicely or not yet but we will have a lot of fun with it. Update: it's not clay at all I was hoping to air-dry containers and put proper seals over it be able to drink out of them whatever it pretty much dries to a phone it does not mix into each other I'm peeved off I want my money back this is not what I ordered I ordered clay not this foam stuff

If it was clay, you could roll it out and shape it, but it's actually a very cheap rubber material that won't let you roll it flat or shape it into anything. My kid was like, 'what am I supposed to do with this?'It seems like a good deal until you realize it's not at all what it appears. I blame myself for buying a no name brand made in China. Who knows what this material is, but it's not clay and as my boy said, 'it's not very fun'.

Good clay, sticks easily when water if applied to the surface. It is very soft so it needs some wiring for some creations to stay upright. Some of the colors (see picture) are of a significantly smaller amount, and unfortunately it isn't the popular ones (white, tan tones, skin tones). Otherwise easy to use, fun to play with.

This clay is more a foam like texture -not easy to mold with . Packaging is great but not what I was expecting.

Package was very nice just as shown, Colours are vibrate and clay is very soft and workable for kids of all ages to have fun and doesn’t leave a mess behind like play dough does! My daughters absolutely love this product and would definitely recommend.
