I initially reviewed as one star, mistaking V- and V+ terminals as relative to ground of the wall cable. It seems that the device is an isolated power source where V- represents the output (floating) "ground". There's a good case for having isolation, though it is not required for a switching supply, and providing better - i.e., ANY - documentation would clarify this aspect. Just print the basic circuit on the box! Also, it's great to have a 220/120 input switch, but it's inaccessible and very hard to read.I have not yet verified that the output meets the stated spec of 10A. If I remember, I'll upgrade to 4 stars if so, or downgrade to 2 stars if not.

On receipt, the unit was set for 240 VAC input. The switch to reset to 120 VAC input is kind of hidden inside. The instructions were not so clear as to where the selector was - inside case accessible through holes. The location is not a problem once it is identified. So far the unit has worked for me (charging lead acid batteries). I wish I knew about the output protection. It is not clear to me whether the unit will be destroyed if the output leads short or whether there is protection. So far the unit is great. The instructions and info could be better.
