## Questions & Answers

**Q: is this a glass jar or plastic?**
A: The Icelandic salt I received from Amazon in 2018 was in a glass container and packaged well enough to survive shipping. The salt purchased in Iceland in 2017 was also in a glass container. Hope this helps you out.

**Q: Is there an expiration date on the jar?**
A: Flaky sea salt is a combination of minerals and does not contain any ingredients that can expire. Therefore the shelf-life of our sea salt is unlimited.

**Q: ???the salt: what are the salt pans made of ?**
A: I believe that the OP is referring to evaporation pans used in processing the salt.

**Q: Can somebody slap the people that ask some of these questions?**
A: Not in my job description.
