Got molded- in pantry after less than a week
Prose: It’s whole grain and of course healthy. The taste is good as well if you are used to wholegrain bread And it is not dry.Cons: if you store it as it is in a plastic wrap that comes in as packaging it will mold.

Fall Apart Bread
Taste good but you cant cut it ,you cant slice it crumbles .Falls apart.I had to give the crumbs to my chickens.How are you suppose to eat this bread.with a spoon maybe
