Try the powdered version, as you won't have an issue with it freezing in winter storage.It is rather low, if you just have it setting on the floor. I purchased two of these locally when heavy rains rendered my septic unusable. I ran into several major problems. First of all, the flush water tank holds 4 gallons, and the waste tank holds 3.2 gallons. This gives you the ability to flush more than it can handle. Those two numbers should be reversed, I ended up overfilling the waste tank, which was no fun at all. Emptying the unit was particularly gross. There is a relief valve button to prevent splashing. Pressing that button lets air in the tank as your waste is dumping out. This is a tricky maneuver, as pressing the button too early lets waste out of that hole onto your finger. The waste tank has a handle that allows you to carry it vertically, like a suitcase. Doing so leads to leaks.I ended up switching to a Cleanwaste Go Anywhere Portable Toilet. Bought for emergency use, I'm a truck driver. Had to use it for the first time, worked fine, set it down (closed the blade), went about my business, and apparently it leaked and there was shitty water everywhere. If for some reason you want shitwater everywhere, I can't recommend this product highly enough. Otherwise, you may be better off squatting by the side of the road.
