I exercise a lot, I bought this product thinking it will help with my posture. While exercising posture is very important. However when I tried this product on....i had immense difficulty. I mean you can't even adjust it without someone to help you. I had to ask my brother to help me adjust it. On top of that when I flexed, the velcro kept coming off. It came loose 3 times. Honestly speaking, there are a lot better posture correctors out there......this ain't one of them.

This is very easy to wear and helps to correct posture. Very easy to adjust and it comes with 2 pads for upper back shoulder too.

This works better than I thought it would. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I've noticed a significant change in my posture. The only thing worth clarifying is that it doesn't serve as a back brace, it just needs you and standing up straighter and that overtime will help with back pain.

My job requires me to sit on chair for many hours and what one forget is that there posture is completely incorrect or ignore it completely at least i did. This product if used properly and religiously then it really helps as it pushes you to sit straight, maintain a good position while walking. So, I have included this in my everyday wearing item so I sit straight, walk right and keep my back away from pain/strain and other issues.

I’m 6’2” 220lbs... with fairly broad shoulders the large size just doesn’t fit comfortably. Wife tried it on and adjusted to fit her perfectly, she loves it so far.

This is my second backbrace.I purchased another brand but this one is perfect. By the way I didn't receive my underarm pads.

Is very easy to wear but not sure if is that effective. I can’t really tell the difference.

Good quality. More comfortable than I thought it would be.
