No instructions
My Mazda had a different radio system place by the previous owner. I want the original system in its place. No instructions provided and it makes it hard to understand the system.

steering wheel control didn't work
I bought this stereo in 2017 and the steering wheel control didn't work on my Mazda CX-9 2008. Any recommendations? Is there any software update you can send me?

Not recommendable
Unit doesnt come with remote as shown in the picture. Sound quality not so great. I think software is also have lots of bug. Apps in the unit not working smoothly. Also, I downloaded Easycon to my phone and connected my phone to the system with the supplied usb cable… connection will drop in few minutes which is very annoying. Back up camera included looks super cheap. Connecting the back up camera to the unit itself is a headache too as pink wire for back up camera power line not working. This unit is very expensive for a crappy quality unit. Phone app Easycon is poorly done as well.
