A good value
This Brie has a thin crust on it, which means you don’t need to cut it off. By the time you cut a very thick crust off a tiny Brie, there is very often almost nothing left. All of this one is useful. Making it a better buy than many that cost less, but need to be trimmed more.

standard brie
I ordered the double cream brie hoping for the buttery, cloud-in-my-mouth experience. This brie is OK, it's fine.. but it's fairly standard, not the 5 star experience you get with a real double creme brie. I would use it more for things that call for a melted brie and spend a bit extra to get the finer bries to eat with bread.
