GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Although the frame was NOT AT ALL what I was expecting -- not real shiplap background but rather a photograph of shiplap, etc, the customer svc in this company is AMAZING! After I posted my first not so stellar review, I got an email from them apologizing that it wasn't what I wanted AND a free little gift that I just rc'd that is ADORABLE. The customer svc. from this company compared to the other company that I bought ANOTHER pet frame from is like night and day. the other company couldn't have cared less if I liked the product or not. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS COMPANY and will more than likely do business with them again!

Memorial picture frame review
Mom just lost her furry friend of ten years. This picture frame was the perfect keepsake. Has a heartfelt sentiment phrase on it that brought tears to her eyes. It is sad for me to even write about this, however I would like others to know what a precious and meaningful gift this can be for someone who has lost their dog, like me. Thank you for your quality product, packaged in box and received in perfect shape in 2 days.

Although very cute, the construction of the frame is very cheap.
I wanted to surprise my ten year old son with this frame after he lost his service dog. As you can see from the pictures, one corner is not even held together. There are two different clips used that don't match. One of the clips has wood shredding everywhere. For the price, this product was really a disappointment, especially as a gift. I'm very unhappy.

Cheap quality
I bought this as a gift. I was a little disappointed when I opened it up. There isn't any glass like a shadow box would have which is fine but the back is basically just cardboard. I thought it looked pretty cheap

Very cute and creative!
I liked everything; the paw prints, the ability to hang pictures which makes it different from a regular photo frame and the creativity overall. What I didn’t like as much was that the two clothespins are different sizes and the larger one seems to cover the writing at the top of the frame when only hanging one picture landscape format. If hanging two it might not be an issue. I wanted to show only one so I purchased smaller clothespins to accomplish my preferred look.

Great frame
My parents lost their dog and loved this frame I got them!! It’s perfect to switch up the pic of the dog and stays good with the clip! Best frame for a great dog!

Perfect memorial gift
My best friend lost her precious pup and this was the perfect gift to help her remember him and keep his sweet spirit alive. The frame is good quality and looks as pictured. Love it and she did too!
