On the utility front, we enjoyed the slices we made, neat and uniform cuts.The plastic quality is good and the blade quality is excellent. Not very effective as expected.

The veggie holder doesn't work for slightly softer veggies or fruits. The quality of the holder is excellent. Maybe I expected too much. Otherwise, a superb product. It's made my work much easier.

This is a very good slicer/cutter. The blade is sharp and excellent quality, money worth spent.
